Having a research user in the network of the campus (CCP) will allow us access to servers or shared network folders of our research projects.
What does a research user offer us?
- Same user in Windows and Linux: we can use the same user to access our data in both systems.
- Anytime, anywhere data disposal: any PC with Internet connection can securely access the data.
- File system permission: the access to the files is protected by a password.
- Easy management of permissions and access: we can manage groups so that we can control the access to the data.
